- Technical & Diagnostic Data: We may collect anonymous device information, operating system version, and crash logs to improve app stability and performance.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Lingraft application.
- To synchronize your vocabulary learning progress across devices.
- To detect and prevent technical issues or security vulnerabilities.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We utilize trusted cloud infrastructure providers to operate the app safely:
- Google Cloud & Firebase: For authentication, secure cloud database storage, and hosting.
- Google AdMob: If ad units are present, non-personally identifiable advertising identifiers may be processed by Google AdMob in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
You can request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team or through the account settings within the mobile application. Upon account deletion, all associated progress data and personal identifiers will be permanently removed from our active databases.
5. Children's Privacy
Lingraft does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
